Put the output from the following server commands:

meta list
meta version


The contents of the following config files (relative to the cstrike folder):
liblist.gam
addons/metamod/plugins.ini
addons/amxmodx/configs/core.ini
addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini
addons/amxmodx/configs/modules.ini


and (if you have shell access) the following shell command run from your hlds/cstrike/addons folder (its going to output a lot)

ls -lR metamod/ amxmodx/

Note the last command will list all files in those directories (and sub directories), so be sure to omit anything that may be sensitive
