He already stated 2 cores on a single core game from decades ago, where 1/4 of a core is fine.
Nice to 19 if you are trying to pack umpteen servers on those 2 cores (not recommended).
Debian.
Ubuntu does have some
privacy concerns like Windows.

I made a hibernation feature for HLDS, showed it to my provider and they gave me the best they had.
