Well from the Sticky Post, I got the link for rate Calculation
HERE. Accroding to the Config Given by You I used:
Up Speed: 735 kbps/sec
CPU Speed: 3000 Mhz Core: 1 (Not Necessary)
Ram: 4096 MB
Players:16
What I got was:
sv_minrate 0
sv_maxrate 5453
sv_minupdaterate 4
sv_maxupdaterate 18
I would advice you to use
sys_ticrate 100 and
fps_max 101 (1 higher to sys_ticrate).
Well You can look yourselves too or wait for other good replies.
