Hello, Can you help me

I have installed Plugin and all dependencies, but plugin does not works for me

when i enter sm plugins list in console only "eItems" (0.10) by ESK0 (Original author: SM9) is active and csgo_weaponstickers.smx not.

How can i improve this issue?
