I know the plugin has been written already, but I can't find it here on the forums or elsewhere.

I played in a ZE server lately and when the mapvote showed up, there was a entry with a bigger map, but it was greyed out and it said it needed a minimum of 24 players. So you can only vote for bigger maps when there are "X" players.

So my question:

Is this a addon for Mapchooser Extended, or another plugin?
