With that amount of features, it looks like it's just fine, aside from it not working with pills/stickies/sandman/jar/milk/cleaver.
Although a fancier replacement would be fine. I don't think this is dead, I think of it more of a treasure, you'd see it everywhere on some fun servers, not many people would instantly assume this was a homing rocket plugin with INTELLIGENT homing systems! Other plugins just have it try to home in through the ground, unlike this one. I thought that it never had a toggle OR admin only. My server is usually empty, so I make whatever time that people are on the most fun.
Roll this plugin with RocketBounce + Rate of Fire + Advanced Infinite Ammo and you have a barrage of rockets that will NEVER stop chasing you. Until they inevitably kill you.
