Hey, any way to make this work with sv_lan 1?

My ISP doesn't allow port forwarding, so i have to play with a VPN with lan only, but if I set to sv_lan 1 I can't use the plugin, with sv_lan 0 it works great, but other players can't connect.

I Installed it following the steps, but whenever I select the skin/or knife, it doesn't apply, can anyone help me?
