There is not such this as too much plugins from this perspective where you have a plugin doing it, or he put it on his plugin.
On both ways there will be code done/written and loaded. The difference is they will be on different `.amxx` files.
Just ask a simple plugin doing exactly this on the section Suggestions/Requests and install it on your server.
