Can you update this plugin to work with Team Fortress 2?

After installation I can use the menu, I can see the gnome, I can save the gnome, and then nothing happens. The gnome doesn't spawn.

After reading this (https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Game_Events_(Source) I realized that round start event in TF2 was different so I tried changing the hook event from 'round start' to 'teamplay_round_start' but that didn't work either.

Edit: Changing hook event to 'teamplay_round_start' does work. Apparently after placing the gnome(s) the gnome locations are saved in a txt file for that map. If you come back to that map later the gnome(s) will eventually spawn.

Question 1: Can you add a command to force spawn the gnome using one of the locations stored in the txt file?
Question 2: Can you add a command to force spawn a gnome based on where the admin is looking?
Question 3: The plugin didn't say anything when the gnome spawned. Can you fix that? When I shot the gnome it displayed 'Gnome was found by PC Gamer'.
Question 4: How many gnomes are spawned in a round? At what interval?
