Your door lock plugin is not the cause of this problem. The god mode issue have been since release of L4D2. My own coop server suffers it too at random times. Vanilla games have reported the bug as well (

I'm 100% its a Director error since m_isFinale gets set to 1 during the swamp fever event. No other events do that.
