The plugins are not yours and you didn't give any credit to the original authors, therefore the mod is not yours.
This section is not meant for posting mods with plugins downloaded from everywhere.
I'm not going to download the archive, but I'm sure it has .amxx files in it, so you're not allowed to upload those either.
