I tested this. For 1 week the servers had no l4dtoolz installed. In this week there wasn't a single crashed reported. I didn't get a crash myself while playing and there also wasn't any debug log which spawns everytime there is a crash.
As soon as l4dtoolz is installed and working however, the crashes start to happen. It's not rare at all. It happens I would say 4 times a day on both my servers.
At first I thought it was some sourcemod plugins but again, with l4dtoolz disabled and sourcemod and metamod running there was not a single crash in a week. With l4dtoolz installed there are multiple crashes everyday.
Yes I am using the default version l4dtoolz found here
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=93600 and both sourcemod and metamod are updated to their latest stable version.
Is there an updated one as this l4dtoolz one is from 2013? What can I do to fix this?
