I once had the firewall ban me when I forgot my password in putty and kept trying to connect. I sent a ticket and I was removed from the firewall ban in like 5 min. Another time I needed my game server added to the firewall white list and it also was done in literally mins!

My reseller account is purchased from a massive company that hosts 100's of resellers and personal websites. I have 24/7 technical support that is literally instant, real time chat ^^^ literally 24/7. The firewall request is another kettle of fish, its another level. They have a whole floor for security and people that monitor security issues. besides I am patent ... when I need to be
It is up to their discretion to open ports.
