I know I will bring an old discussion but what about you make community to register with a API key that they need to use for there server and the plugin gather automatically the server IPs and depending how big the community is, every person block by SMAC by a community receive x amount of POINTS and when they exceed a certain amount of points they automatically get banned into your list. This will avoid exploit and will make the system automatic since 1 community ban is not enough for a player ban but multiple bans from different location and player activities can confirm that a player is cheating and must be banned.
