Reply With Quote #1

Hi

Running a good community requires information from the playerbase. This is why Im now requesting a plugin that would help server owners to collect information from the players so they can use this information to improve their servers and community.

What im looking for is a non-invasiv polling/voting plugin with MySQL support. By non-invasiv, I mean a poll that requires the player to triggere it by a command in the chat, so it dosent just pop up in their faces when they trying to play the game. Thats annoying. I dont wanna force anyone.

For example, as an admin, I add a poll in a config file, like for example "Do you want us to remove the AWP from this server?" and then add options like 1. Yes, 2. No, 3. Whatever.

I can then advertise the poll with any advertise plugin (ServerAdvertisements3) that writes to the chat or put it in a welcome message on the server.

The poll would then show as a menu for the player, but only after the player writes something in the chat to trigger it, like !poll or !awp or whatever (an option to add custom triggers for each poll would be nice).

I know there is one plugin out there with Mysql support, BUT.. Its not working the way I want it and it also lags the server because no support of threaded MySQL.
