aparently, you clicked on the .exe file. but the best way is to use the command line. idk why but by using it I can copy/past from and into it. also, it dosen't show your
folder location !
- accessing and creating a folder called steamCMD in the valve folder (look, my cmd window color is different ^^).
- just type help to see available commands.

yes, I don't own the CS:S game but downloaded its server anonymously. to use your steam account should be only when asked for it.
