Premise: I AM NOT GOING TO MAINTAIN THIS.

I forked to github, updated the syntax and fixed compilation errors.
The project now compiles on the latest stable sourcemod release.

I did not test it yet but feel free to do so.
Nothing should have changed. Hopefully this can help someone.
