Suggestion: Make a 2nd mode maybe changeable by CVAR. money_mode 2

Its can be a bit to much having to aim at every player during the 10 sec freezetime while trying to buy a gun yourself and trying to get off quickly enough to reach the choke points instead of having to fumble around after the freeze times ended sorting out drops because you already spent 5 seconds moving mouse around aiming at everyone.
