Ok fine. Everyone should install stuff like this, we all get tired of AFKs don't we...
You know what you can do, sometimes when gaming you get a phone call or whatever and the second you're back you are kicked by the admin for AFKing. How about something like this:

* after one round/period of time of AFK, move player to spectators
* after another round of AFK (that must be next to the first round of AFK), kick the person.
