The reason why these files are working isn't the new API...
Because the way how AMX was loading modules was quite buggy (sending "meta load <modulepath>" to console and then forcing a restart), XAD had an excellent idea: Load modules internally and forward the metamod API. On new listenservers, the old way is not working anymore (I don't know why, and will probably never look into this), but the new way works. I only implemented it (and it was easier than it might sound), so thank XAD and not me
This should have nothing to do with liblist.gam / -dll option...
