Hello, that sounds like a deactivated PHP module to read the Steam avatars or a "local ip address", if there is a local ip address in the mysql database of a player then it shows a blank page (logical because local ip addresses don't have any country) otherwise the page can also be empty if a PHp module is deactivated, which usually occurs with free webspace. The problem has nothing to do with the OS on the dedicted / root / vps but rather user-related, missing php module / local ip in mysql
