it means the hero is crap and the author is not precaching the model...
OR you have some other crap hero thats canceling the plugin_precache event for all the other heroes below it.
try moving the heroes you have problems with higher up in the plugins.ini (right under the core of the superhero mod)
see if it strill crashes after that.
