Great plugin!
It realy gets a laugh on my server, and saves any players from saying it them selves.
Sound seems to work fine for me, although i also use it as a saysound, which also adds the sound to the downloads table to be downloaded to the client. Could this possibly be the cause? (I will test tonight without saysounds to see if the sound is added to the downloads table)
Another cause could be client options, as clients can chose not to download files from the server?
