Your plug-in isn't working for some reason. I've installed it in that way:
-I've compiled .sma file and added it to plug-in folder, added proper string to a plugins.ini file
-I've copied the rest files to the same folder. When I started to connect ro server .mdl files downloaded automaticly. But plug-in is still not working for some reason.
I open amxmodmenu - pause plugin, but I can do nothing with this plug-in Surf Speed Runs. It says it'r Locked.
What's the problem?
