Hi, is there a plugin that restricts the use of arms flask (mouse2)? I need a restriction use max. 2 times in a row and then 3 seconds off from the possibility of another application? Also needs a plugin that shows when you type! "Tank" when the tank appears on the map. Sorry for my poor English, but I'm Polish and my level of spelling is poor.
