you should creat a file name plugins-dm.ini and write to it

csdm_main.amxx
csdm_protection.amxx
csdm_equip.amxx
csdm_spawn_preset.amxx
csdm_misc.amxx
csdm_tickets.amxx

and put the file in amxmodx\configs\maps folders

because you want to enable it only in dm_maps , you should remove all line contain csdm plugin in file amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini
