The plugin is complete.
The zip package contains all files needed for installation, within their respective folders:
addons/SourceMod/plugins/
autoswapteam.smx
addons/SourceMod/translations/
autoswapteam.phrases.txt
addons/SourceMod/scripting/
autoswapteam.sp //This file is the plugin source code
The source file is not necessary for the plugin to work
I am providing in separate files just for easy downloading them.
