except for some players who have this virus that spam and crashes the server.

This Hack that somehow happens as admin

It sends spam to the server, until it manages to saturate the adminchat.amxx, and then crash the server.

Could this plugin be used to ban hacker administrators?

It does not work on them because the plugin has immunity for admin, I would like to know if the complete one can be modified to ban any player (user and admin)
