Can you make, when someone join in the server when he have cl_minimodels 1 , that to him comes Would you like to change cl_minimodels to 0.

If he press 1 change cl_minimodels to 0
If he press 2 kick him from server.
I try this in lan, when i join in the game it spam's cl_minimodels is not 0.
