Hey, I figured out the issue was with the Weapon Skins plugin (
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=298770)
Now my problem is, I really want to have this plugin on the server, and it seems as most people can use the SurfTime plugin along with the weapon skins plugin just fine. SO I am trying to find out why they are conflicting, you have any ideas?
