You can configure this my friend.
Login to hlstatsx page as admin.

click to games,select your gaming server and when you see the long bar with your gaming server click on configure and set:


BroadCastEvents to 0
BroadCastPlayerActions to 0

and if you want

ConnectAnnounce to 0


Reload daemon from panel , restart your server after and done! the points will dissappear from gameplay chat.
