That SVC_BAD, might be related to a problem with cstrike module handling models.

Anyway, this is a very old plugin, lots of cool new features were added to amxmodx core since then. So, most parts needs to be recoded from scratch or optimized.
Right now I'm dedicating the few time I got for coding stuff to another plugin, I'll try to update it as soon as I can.
