And the latest version of Your plugin does not seem to work good. MaxRounds on my server = 20, but the plugin switched teams after 15 Rounds. Of course I'm using:
sm_halftime_teamswitch_type
maxrounds
It's weird, cause the previous version worked fine except saving team scores for next maps.
