Also it might be you are playing on a game mode that isn't enabled to earn points by default.
l4d2_points_modes contains a comma separated list of the game modes that are allowed. Add the game mode you are using to that list to have it work. Also make sure that l4d2_points_enabled is 1

and yes l4d2_points_enable is on 1
still can't play Q_Q
Is it because I am playing my own server alone?
does it need at least two players to activate the system?
