That's still not enough change for them.

What you could do is every time you set aliases, use a prefix followed by a random set of characters.
Then you can check the command in client_command() to see if player executed it.
Remember that the longer amount of random characters you insert, the harder it is to get around.
Also, you could use a random length each time as well, which gives even more possible combinations for randomly generated commands.

Please note that all of the above does not prevent it from being broken.
All it does is make it more difficult for the hackers/scripters to break it.
