According to eItem's author this error is due to Windows, something like that.
[SM] Exception reported: Invalid JSON in line- This happens mostly only for Windows users. Windows have an issue with HTTP/2 requests. Set UseLocal to true and upload selected language file (items_XX.json) to data folder.
And if this is the eItem you are using:
eitems.smx
You have the wrong version, use the one from the link I sent you and delete this version from your server.
