Been struggling with L4DToolz forever. Does this plugin work to-date?

Edit: Just tried this on my Windows Server and have the same issues as L4DToolz. Spawn distances go corrupt and are increased - and first map skips for one of the teams on some campaigns, like Dead Air.

Any help appreciated if you can - is 12 slots better?
