Nice plugin!
You recommended it to me on discord, because I was looking for a hl_chatresponder alternative, which supports adding multiple chat triggers for the same command ("say" command in this case, issued by the console), but it looks like your plugin doesn't do that either... yet.
And as far as I can see, it also has downsides compared to hl_chatresponder, namely:
It can't recognize chat triggers which are part of a sentence, or don't have the "!" or "/" prefix.
