Thanks for the response, though I forgot to specify that I'm referring to a TF2 server, not a CS:GO server, which is what I believe you're running.

Edit: I've just successfully installed the older version of the Say Sounds plugin, so I'm just going to settle for using this as an alternative for the time being, as it does the job more or less fine.
