it seems when the VIP player is moved to spectate mode after being idle and the afk manager moves that player to spectator that a new VIP selection doesn't occur....

I have added code that should take care of these items. Read the changes for version 1.0.31 on the OP.
Also, I like the idea of either making it so only the Prez/VIP can open the saferoom, OR you cannot close the door until he is in the safe room. But the plugins that are on here that do that sort of thing all seem less than reliable. So until I am satisfied I can do it at least 99%, it will have to be a want.
