Working Windows and linux binaries for L4D2, compiled on SM 1.9+MMSOURCE 1.10, tested work on 1.9 and 1.10 sourcemod
Sources was not changed same as author
github repository except that on compile i am linked smsdk_ext.cpp from soucemod sources (author use copy this file in
sdk folder)
