such that both !propreroll and !reroll would trigger the 1 shot reroll feature instead of only !propreroll

also, do you have thoughts of if the following items should be dealt in some way, with in PH
scorched shot, jarate, and detonator
Personally I've been thinking about looking into the scorched shot to see if it's possible to decrease its blast range on my server, but I never got around to doing so because I was busy being lazy on a vacation.

Jarate is probably fine as it can't be used too often and only by a rather bad prophunt class.

Detonator I'd also probably say is fine as it's already really hard to use it efficiently.
