I'm not actually sure, since I haven't been using SB to mute other players, but I assume it mutes players for everyone.
Here, you can decide whether or not you want to hear marked peoples or not. For instance, if you are tired of hearing high-pitch kiddos, this is the way to go. On the other hand, they can easily hear each other. You don't need to mute each player separately. U just leave it up to admin
