I looked over the code since you posted something, but I don't see any issue that'd cause a crash. The code does proper checks to see if the client is valid before issuing a respawn, and that's about all there is to the plugin. I suspect the user above you had crash issues due to incorrect game data for CS_RespawnPlayer.
