Remove old protocol support. We only support Steam here.

Aliases don't work in Steam anymore, so those detection methods won't even work on Steam players.
You can remove those, too.

The plugin must be in English.
Your messages that print to players must be English or ML supported.

Uses same cvar detection method as seen in other plugins.
