Question: What sort of scripting issue usually causes the error: '[SM] Exception reported: Invalid plugin address'

I started using a plugin I found on GitHub today and noticed that error showing up several times. No other error is listed.

In my case, it appears to happen in Team Fortress 2 when I regenerate with the new plugin installed . I was curious what type of coding issue would cause it.
