This might be from the recent CSGO update (on 9/10), which broke sourcemod/metamod on linux servers. You must apply the latest metamod (1.10.3) and latest DEV sourcemod snapshot (currently 1.6.3-git4577) to fix:
http://www.sourcemod.net/snapshots.php
My shortcuts are still working properly on my linux servers with these files in place.
