First, I'm not good at English. Sorry for poor Sentence.

It's my first simple plugin to show Tank's Health gauge on center text If you hurt Tank.
(Example : "TANK 6350/8000 |||||||||||||||||---------")

Cvar:
sm_tankhp_announce : 1 (0:Disable / 1:Enable)
sm_tankhp_gaugetype : 0 (0:Center text / 1:Hint text)

Change:
1.0 - Initial release
1.1 - Add CVARS to select gauge type
1.2 - Some bags is fixed, But still remains...
