You have to download the zip containing the source code, place it into your .\amxmodx\source folder (wherever you installed amxmodx, in my case, either my dedicated server or within my cstrike folder itself) and then run the compiler. Make sure the include files are located in the correct directory, but this should all be accomplished by dragging and dropping. It's a whole lot easier if you use amxx studio, open up basebuilder65.sma and hit compile. If you still do not understand, there should be a tutorial somewhere on the forums.
