You can make your changes to it as needed and such, just be sure to give credit where credit is due If your unsure, you could always ask for permission(PM/E-mail/etc)

Thanks that is all i needed to know. I just wanted to know i am not doing anything illegal. Normaly i dont worry so much about that. But i dont want to post something as my work while someone else has made the basic. So i will certainly put his name and thanks to him on my own plugin based on his.
